Have people been telling you to "take some time for yourself"? To give yourself a break? It isn't easy to find the time, but you can do it, even when you're caring full time for another person.
Here are some ways to grab a little rest and gain some energy during your day:
• Call a friend on the phone.
• Work on a jigsaw puzzle.
• Buy yourself some fresh flowers.
• Listen to your favorite music.
• Take some deep breaths.
• Close your eyes for ten minutes.
