A: T'ai chi is a Chinese form of movement and concentration. It's also a form of exercise. Its slow, graceful, and precise body movements can enhance well-being and health. T'ai chi is very relaxing!

Q: What can t'ai chi do for me?

A: T'ai chi can improve your coordination and balance and can reduce your risk of a fall. It also can make you agile and strong and can reduce your blood pressure. T'ai chi is good for your heart and lungs, too.

Q: Where can I learn t'ai chi?

A: Contact your local community center or senior center to find out about t'ai chi classes. Some programs offer special rates for older adults.
