Tips for Water Aerobics

• Drink water. Even though you are in the water, you still need to drink water! As you exercise, you sweat and you need to replenish those lost fluids.
• Wear sneakers or special water shoes to protect your feet, prevent you from slipping, or if you have diabetes.
• Wear waterproof sunscreen if your class is outdoors. Even if you are under water, the sun's rays can still reach you.
